Olivia is an extraordinary visual artist from grade 8. She grew up in Beijing and was at an international school prior to coming over to Canada this year. Her family consists of her mom, dad and her younger sister, Julia.
Besides visual art, music plays a significant role in Olivia's life. She plays the viola, the piano, and she is in the CW drum-line. Olivia also enjoys competition math. As for just hobbies, she likes astronomy and creative writing.
Olivia thinks that art is just a way for us to appreciate innovation and creativity, as well as for artists to put their thoughts into something concrete. As for her artwork, it's more about her coming up with new ideas and trying out new things that she think would work well together.

Olivia’s favourite medium is definitely acrylic. She says since she cannot sketch or do anything related to sculpturing or 3D. That narrows it down to watercolour, acrylics, and oil. Out of those mediums, she works with acrylics the most often, although she doesn't really have a favourite style.
As for Olivia's works, it's mostly just for school projects. However, she went to Kiwanis with the school orchestra playing viola, and they won gold.
As for the future, Olivia would only consider art as a casual interest. She doesn't really see herself doing art as a profession, but it will definitely be something that's very special to her, and she will for sure maintain it as a hobby.
