Meet Rosie Li, a talented artist who just stepped into her senior year at Collingwood.
She enjoys horseback riding and playing piano during her free time. Horseback riding as a hobby really sparked her affection for nature.
Her painting recreates a beautiful scene in the nature that follows the style of her favorite painter, Monet.

In her own words, she thinks that art influenced her a lot in her life as it is a way for her to calm herself through the stress of high school. As a painter, she really expresses her emotions and feelings onto that empty canvas.
She will be exhibiting her painting in the next Collingwood art show. Although she will not be majoring in art in the future, her passion for art will certainly continue to grow as a hobby and a way to express herself.
